Requirement :

1. Has a personal commitment to the Evangelical, Reformed position of the school as set out in the Statement of Faith determined by the governing body of the school (Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan)

2. Is an active, dedicated and committed member of a Christian Church

3. Thinks Biblically and provides leadership from a Christian, Biblical foundation

4. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or other leadership area

5. Experience in boarding program supervision, teaching, or other youth leadership position

6. Possesses the following personal qualities:

a. Is an encouraging leader with a cooperative and consultative style

b. Is an effective team builder, team member and motivator

c. Is pastorally minded and able to contribute to the nurturing of students

d. Cross-cultural understanding

e. Is fluent in written and spoken English (TOEFL score of 550) and able to communicate effectively

f. Administrative skills
